Returns & Refunds

Returns  

• You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it. 

• An email is to be sent by you to support@ekamxperts.com informing about your intention to return a product.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• All tags and labels should be intact and in original condition along with the original invoice. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This process can take upto 4 working days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of electronic payment). The refund amount shall appear in your bank statement  within 10-15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

For orders that were paid using cash on delivery, the refund would be sent in the form of coupon code or credit which shall be valid for upto 1 year from the date of issue of store credit.

Total amount of discount availed while placing the order will be deducted from the refund amount. The discount was deducted from the refund.
